Our COVID-19 Safety Policy

We understand this can be an unsettling time. We are striving to keep your time with us as close to normal as possible. In our efforts to promote safety, we simply request your help by following a few guidelines we have put in place.

1. If at all possible, please try to limit the party accompanying a pet to two individuals. This will allow us to cut down on the amount of people in our lobby and provide social distancing options.

2. Please respect the space between you and our other clients. We request that we all work together to remain approximately six feet apart.

3. Please be aware that we are now closed from 12pm - 2pm for sanitation purposes.

4. We are - as always - by appointment only, and we would love to get you on the schedule. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment or to give us a heads up in case of an emergency.

5. If you are considered to be at greater risk (elderly, chronically ill, or an otherwise compromised immune system) we can come to your vehicle to assist you. Simply park and call us (843-669-1544) and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
